Applications
Every fall, Cansbridge Fellows lead an extensive Recruitment and Selections process reaching post-secondary students across Canada. Ultimately, 15-20 Fellows are selected for their character, proven track record of taking action on their big ideas, and desire to contribute to the Cansbridge community.
Applications for the 2025 cohort are now closed.
Selection Process

| Early-Mid November | 1st round interviews by Fellows |
| Mid-Late November | 2nd round interviews by Senior Fellows |
| Early-Mid December | Final round interviews by Founder + Executive Director |
| Late December | New Fellowship cohort announced |
Selection Criteria
The 5 Cansbridge Characteristics:
- Curiosity
- Action bias
- Resilience
- Community orientation
- Humility
Eligibility Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a program at a Canadian University or College
- Valid passport and Canadian bank account
- Available to participate in weekly onboarding sessions between January and April
- Available travel to a major North American entrepreneurial hub in early May for the 9-day Cansbridge Fellowship Bootcamp and Conference
- Available to work in-person in Asia for a minimum of 10 weeks during the next available work term after the Cansbridge Fellowship Conference
