Applications

Every fall, Cansbridge Fellows lead an extensive Recruitment and Selections process reaching post-secondary students across Canada. Ultimately, 15-20 Fellows are selected for their character, proven track record of taking action on their big ideas, and desire to contribute to the Cansbridge community.

Selection Criteria

The 5 Cansbridge Characteristics:

  • Curiosity
  • Action bias
  • Resilience
  • Community orientation
  • Humility

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a program at a Canadian University or College
  • Valid passport and Canadian bank account
  • Available to participate in weekly onboarding sessions between January and April
  • Available travel to a major North American entrepreneurial hub in early May for the 9-day Cansbridge Fellowship Bootcamp and Conference
  • Available to work in-person in Asia for a minimum of 10 weeks during the next available work term after the Cansbridge Fellowship Conference
